Here's What's Up

I booked my vacation home three weeks ago and thought...my goodness, such a long time to wait until the 8th of May! Now here it is April 10th, less than a month to go! April Fool's day was just that!!! An unexpected snow storm hit Friday, April 1st ...was this winter ever going to end??? Refusing to let mother nature get the better of me I kept my plans to spend the weekend in Moncton and had a great time at Steve's. This weekend he spent here in St. George even though I had to work. He says it's nice to get out of the noisy city and have time to just relax...can't help but do that in this town! Hahaha! I was glad that he finally got the chance to meet my neighbours Sandy and Lise and he agreed that they are very nice people :o) The house is cleaned and ready for viewings. What a difference it makes when you are the only person really living in the house...everything stays where it's supposed to be and cleaning up is a breeze which makes this process so much easier than the last time I went through the ordeal of selling a home. I am looking forward to visits from my nephew Stan and his wife Nicole this month, then Tawny and Katie in June as well as Sandy and Bev (and Bev's daughter). My new job should also start sometime this month so it's gearing up to be a busy and exciting spring and summer! That's it so far in April...starting to count down the days til we go home for our vacation..less than a month to go!
