Here we are in June, the trees and grass are vibrantly green and the air is clear and fresh. Summer and warm weather are just around the corner and I'm sure time will speed up and fly by.
June 14th I am flying to Ontario to visit for a week before Eric and I drive back home together. We have a few nights away planned on Campobello and a few odd jobs around the property to work on.
The house is still for sale but the time has run out on my offer for the house I want to purchase on William St. It's a very slow market for anything for sale above $300,000. If the other house sells before mine I will take it off the market for the time being.
I have been keeping myself busy the last 3 months baking bread. I find it very gratifying to make something so delicious with so few ingredients. Always have lots of bread and treats to pass around to neighbors and friends.
Tomorrow is supposed to be quite warm so my friend Dawn, and I are going to soak up some sun on the shed porch and enjoy a nice visit.
Eric has been busy at his house building a new cook station under his new gazebo.
Chris Colbourne is bringing me another load of gravel for in front of my container so I can easily drive the lawnmower in and out.
So that's it in a nutshell for now.
Happy summer my friends!
